Mike Schuch Jr., officially became Vice President of Local Sales for Broadcast Interactive Media (BIM) in November 2010. Prior to joining BIM, Mike was Vice President at TAP Media, Inc., a leading provider of online sales and marketing solutions to the broadcast industry. While at TAP he developed Walkout Video, a unique borderless web video service. Today the Walkout Video rich media advertising platform is helping radio and television stations generate new online revenue nationwide.

Mike brings twenty years of leadership and performance in the media industry to BIM. Prior to joining TAP, Mike managed local television operations for Fox Broadcasting Company (FOXNET) in Dubuque and Cedar Falls, Iowa and managed sales operations in both radio (Milwaukee Radio Alliance) and television at the NBC affiliate (WMTV) in Madison, Wisconsin.

Mike’s primary responsibility is to plan and direct growth of BIM’s local sales department. Future growth will come from the development and launch of new local sales programs that meet our clients specific hyper-local online marketing needs. The addition of Walkout Video to BIM’s menu of online marketing solutions will further drive local sales growth.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike enjoys spending time playing tennis with his daughter Emily and guitar with his son Ethan. Mike also enjoys participating in local charity events and recently participated in “CF Climb for a Cure”.
