Karen Zimny serves as Senior Vice President of Finance/HR for Broadcast Interactive Media (BIM), where she has been working since June of 2006 to organize and integrate BIM’s five national offices.

Karen is primarily responsible for financial analysis, recruiting new talent, training enhancements, process documentation, and client relations. As BIM continues to grow and expand into new markets, her future efforts will focus on staffing levels, new organizational departments, and the structure of overall operations.

Karen’s professional background includes extensive work in executive management with an emphasis in finance within HRI/Retail/Manufacturing environments. Her experiences in client relations offer a seasoned approach to satisfying customer needs and exceeding their expectations. Karen also brings nearly twenty years of financial management and analysis along with innovative process implementation and training initiatives.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen has a liberal arts education from Iowa State University, business management course work from UW-Eau Claire Extension, and business law/finance from Madison Area Technical College. More recently, Karen finds time to participate in Madison’s annual “Bike For Boys & Girls Club” cycling event to raise support for the Dane County chapter.
