Karen serves as Vice President, Operations for Broadcast Interactive Media. Her background includes executive management positions with an emphasis in finance within HRI/Retail/Manufacturing environments.

Karen’s experience is reinforced with a liberal arts education from Iowa State University, business management course work from UW-Eau Claire Extension, and business law/finance from Madison Area Technical College.

Karen has an extensive background in client relations and offers a seasoned approach to meeting the expectations of client requirements. She brings 16+ years of financial management and analysis along with innovative process implementation and training initiatives.

Karen has been working with BIM for nearly three years to organize the Madison office which includes growth staffing and streamlining the financial processes. The projected growth for BIM will challenge Karen with increased staffing levels, new organization departments, and the ongoing development to secure the structure of overall operations.
