New York, NY, 2004 – Broadcast Interactive Media, a world-class guide that helps customers integrate their core business creatively and profitably onto the Web, is proud to announce the launch of five local news station websites: KMVT (www.kmvt.com) in Twin Falls, Idaho; KSBI-TV (www.ksbitv.com) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; WAGT (www.wagt.com) in Augusta, Georgia; KDBC (www.kdbc.com) in El Paso, Texas; and KTGF (www.ktgf.com) in Great Falls, Montana.
All sites include local news stories with streaming video and a searchable video archive. KSBI-TV also features the first and only online state camera network in Oklahoma.
Every site also features on-air weather graphics, including radar, weekly forecasts and weather maps. Broadcast Interactive Media also filled station-specific weather requests, enabling WAGT to display watches and warnings and KSBI-TV to feature road conditions, an almanac, an allergy report and a vacation weather guide.
Broadcast Interactive involves the station in site strategy, developing the site’s focus by pinpointing priorities like the outdoors, family values or hard-hitting local news. Programming is a high priority for stations, so Broadcast Interactive developed a Primetime Tonight site feature that generates titles, photos and times for evening programs.
Many stations also feature Broadcast Interactive Content Packages, which include information on music, movies, fashion, fitness, health, business and technology.
